Shipping policy

Enjoy the convenience of free ground shipping on all subscription orders within the continental US. We take care of the shipping costs, so you can relax and savor the anticipation of your upcoming wine delivery. Your subscription includes delivery right to your door, typically within 5 to 8 business days.

An adult 21 years of age or older must be present to receive the wine, present valid identification to the courier, and sign for the delivery.

Please note that while we arrange shipping on your behalf, you are responsible for the goods in transit from the moment the courier picks up your order from our warehouse until it is delivered. This means responsibility transfers as soon as the courier physically takes possession of your wine for loading and transport. In the unlikely event of goods lost in transit, we will do our best to assist you with any claim filed with the shipping company.
