Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. No questions asked.

To be eligible for a return, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. You don't need to return the wines to us. To start a return, or any other questions, you can contact us at info@purestvines.com.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return request. Requests are typically refunded on the original payment method within 5 business days. Although it can take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
